A solicitation document wi... Procurement of Flucelvax 0.5 mL single dose pre-filled syringe, package of 10 syringes per box [NDC 70461-319-04]. This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Fixed Price Purchase Order to Seqirus USA, Inc.– A CSL Company, 25 Deforest Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901, USA on a sole source basis to procure the pharmaceutical Flucelvax. Flucelvax is needed in 0.5 mL single dose pre-filled syringe, package of 10 syringes per box [NDC 70461-319-04] to fulfill the needs of the National Institutes of Health Flu Vaccine Campaign. A Purchase Order will be funded for 1700 packages, or 17,000 pre-filled syringes, no substitutions, for delivery no later than August 20th to the Pharmacy Department, NIH Clinical Center. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements in FAR Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
