This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-01, effective 11-12-2019. The National Institute of Health, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, is seeking to acquire the software licenses and services of 4D, Inc to provide the Clinical Center, Department of Clinical Research Informatics with 4D Database technical support maintenance. The Clinical Center utilizes 4D software for the applications supporting several clinical functions. Some of these applications are critical to the hospitals primary function of providing safe and efficient patient care. Software and services must be provided in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work. Please see the Statement of Work for details of the requirement.
