Support for the continued need for a centralized purchasing mechanism for the various pieces of replacement parts, consumable items, and equipment that are required for the proper maintenance and continued use of Tecnicplast Individually Ventilated Caging (IVC) systems. NIEHS currently houses approximately 40,000 rodents in 17,500 cages, utilizing Tecniplast IVC systems for all standard housing for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.
