This notice is intended strictly for Market Research. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Eunice Kennedy Shriver, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business or HUBZone small businesses capable of providing GraphPad Prism Subscription Renewal. The Division of Intramural Research (DIR) at NIDDK uses GraphPad Prism to analyze, graph, and present scientific data. The software provides a combination of biostatistics, curve fitting (nonlinear regression), and scientific graphing. GraphPad is widely used at the NIH, as well as many research universities and institutions, medical centers, and pharmaceutical companies. NIDDK initially purchased a GraphPad 100-count activation group license in March 2015. Usage has increased steadily since that time. Currently NIDDK has a 700-count activation group license (Subscription ID is 409355) for GraphPad Prism and needs to renew and increase to 800-count. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 511210 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. All respondents are requested to identify their firm’s size and type of business. Interested firms responding to this market survey must provide (a) capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Government’s requirements for the above. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough detail, but not to exceed 15 pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirements above. Capability statement must be received at the email address identified in this synopsis by 11:00 A.M. local time on March 16, 2020.
