NMR spectroscopy has proven to be a powerful tool to investigate these properties, providing invaluable insights into health and disease. Purchase of the maintenance contract is essential to keep the NMR systems (total purchase cost $15M) operational. This requires periodic replacement of worn-out parts as well as immediate repair in case of failure.
