This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.” The NIDDK Clinical Core Laboratory processes, labels, catalogues, stores and analyzes clinical samples for investigators within NIDDK. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small businesses, including 8(a) small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or HUBZone small businesses capable of providing the following new FNIR Devices LLC manufactured product: 3D Multi-Spectral Fully Body Photography System - Quantity (1) EA Capable of capturing resolution 0.1mm across the entire human body with 97CRI white light as well as 365nm UV and 405 V illumination. Capable of Multi-spectral full body photography from 360 degrees around the human body. Interested small business firms with the capability and authorization of providing all the required products and services/support shall submit a capability statement to assist the Government in determining in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2(b)whether this procurement will be set-aside for any of the programs described above.
