The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) intends to award a purchase order to Pakolatus LLC, Baltimore Maryland for the 1,400 sqft storage unit and transportation of lab equipment. Pakolatus is a small business. Pakolatus provides a 24/7 full pick-up and delivery services including man power, packaging, securing large supplies and inventory paperwork to the equipment stored in their facility. Pakolatus’s locality offers easy delivery to the Bethesda, MD delivery site. In compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. This solicitation is not a Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; all responses received, before the closing date, of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the NICHD-20-010 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due five (5) days after the release of the RFQ at 11AM EST.
