This Justification and Approval (J&A) is being posted in compliance with FAR 13.501(a)(iii), within 30 days after placing an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold that is supported by an unusual and compelling urgency justification. This order was issued and supported by a Class Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (COVID-19 Response) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency for sole source acquisitions.
