Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and services not otherwise provided by the Government to accomplish the following work requirements and satisfy all biospecimen sample handling and transportation requirements set forth in the corresponding clinical trial protocol: Time Required: o Daily courier service Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday-11AM pickup. (see addresses below) o Tuesday's only daily courier 11AM & 3PM o 2 stops within Bldg 10 NIH • Period of Performance: 8/15/22 - 8/14/23 Biospecimen details: o Biospecimens will include ambient, frozen and refrigerated samples o 6 coolers (3 per location) one each for ambient, frozen and refrigerated will be rotated throughout the project. Vendor will communicate with sites each day prior to pick-up times in order to establish special needs for the day, including dry/wet ice transportation requirements, as needed to properly transport samples to NIH Address: Hope Clinic, 635 Edgewood Street, NE, Washington, DC 20017 NIH Main Campus, Building 10 To minimize driver's exposure and handling of the samples, the courier service will have 6 coolers (3 per location) one each for ambient, frozen and refrigerated. Courier will drop off full coolers at NIH after the 1st day and pickup the empty coolers the following day. They will continue rotating coolers throughout the project. Dry Ice will be added as needed and incur an addfonal charge.
