Cold Room 7D19 Repairs -Replace existing evaporator recharge system and re test once completed. Cold room 8N116 -Tie in new 3/4" condenser water lines at the main and run down the the hall way to connect. -Add in new shut off valves and strainer. -Work will require a shutdown from maintenance on the CDW risers. -All work to be performed during normal and off hours. -Davis Bacon Wage rate compliance. -Warranty all work for one year. EXCLUSIONS -Repairs or revisions to any walls, ceilings, floors. -Fire watch other than related to our "HOT WORK" -BOND -Warranty or repair to any existing mechanical systems or equipment -Fire stopping existing penetrations and FM approved fire caulking -Sanitation, flushing, and or sterilization of new lines. -Duct testing, Duct cleaning -Painting pipe work and or ducts -Owners property; handling, removal, or protection -Overtime or after hours work -Handling or disposing of any ACM or HAZARDOUS MATERIAL -Commissioning -Relocation of any piping or ducts to avoid conflicts with new work. -Electrical, and additional BAS outside SOW -Third party weld inspections -Any saw cutting and or core drilling -Coordinated Drawings -Any work not specifically in the SOW above.
