The purpose of this contract is to provide telephonic language interpreting adult and pediatric patients and their families referred to the NHLBI Hope Center. Some patients that visit the Center will require translational services, mainly Spanish and related dialects. This statement of work will address remote (telephonic) language interpretation, bilingual staff interpretation and document translation services, requiring the contractor to provide services to patients and/or caregivers at the NHLBI Hope Center in Washington, DC.
