The NHLBI OCD requires affordable / extended stay housing for long term patients on NHLBI protocols in order to allow patients to stay near the NIH as required per protocol (typically following transplantation). POP 3/1/23 - 2/29/24 Nightly stay quoted by daily rate. These are normally extended stays, depending on the protocol. The apartments/extended stay hotel arrangements must be fully furnished. Full kitchen must be available, including a stove and refrigerator. Microwave, and dishwasher availability preferred. Washer and Dryer in unit preferred. At least one bedroom with one bed and one full bath. All utilities, cable and internet included. The building must have handicap accessibility. The elevator is preferred to be very close to the units NHLBI agrees to: 1. Review, process and pay monthly invoices within 30 days of receipt. 2. Provide vendor invoicing updates in a timely manner. 3. Keep open communication with Vendor’s program administrator. 4. Arrange transport between housing location and NIH Clinical Center.
