Provide computer programming and data processing services for the Imaging Physics Laboratory over the course of 16 weeks at 16 hours per week. The service includes detector calibration and geometric calibration of a hybrid CT scanner and manual image segmentation. Please quote hourly rate as well as total. Period of Performance 9/19/2022 to 1/8/2023. The purpose of this contract is to obtain expert support in the detector and hardware geometric calibration of the ultra-high resolution hybrid CT scanner on a per-scan basis, and on-going maintenance and update of the computer programming code for these calibrations; to obtain service in manual segmentation and labeling of pathologic features in the chest scans of lung disease patients as training data for AI algorithms that will be able to automate the process in large cohorts of patients. Statement of work Provide support and expertise in the detector and hardware geometric calibration of the hybrid ultra-high resolution CT scan in NHLBI on a per-scan basis; maintain and upgrade the computer code for the above tasks; provide manual image segmentation and labeling of pathologic features in the CT scans of lung disease patients as part of the training process for automated AI algorithms being developed in NHLBI.
