Subject: Propane Delivery for the Monacan Health Center Proposed Solicitation Number: 285-24-RFQ-0022 Proposed NAICS Code: 221210, Natural Gas Distribution. SBA Size Standard: 1,150 Employees Description: Indian Health Service (IHS) Nashville Area Office intends to solicit and award a single IDIQ to provide an uninterruptible supply of propane gas to provide heat to the IHS Monacan Health Center, 108 Dixie Airport Rd Madison Heights, VA 24572. The Monacan Health Center has an underground 6,600 gallon tank located at the back of the facility. This is a new facility with estimated usages, actual usages will vary. The Government is seeking input to determine the availability vendors who meets the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet small business or socioeconomic size standards under the associated NAICS. Place of Contract Performance: IHS Monacan Health Center, 108 Dixie Airport Rd, Madison Heights, VA 24572 Solicitation Date: The pre-solicitation will be posted 15 days after the date of this notice. Award and Duration: 12 Month Base Year with, Four (4), 12 Month Option Years.
