Unless specifically noted, all other terms remain unchanged. Please see the attached Amendment 01 file for more details. 2/12/21 The National Institute on Drug Abuse invites you to send a proposal responding to the requirements of this RFP No. N01DA-21-8957 for “In Vitro Metabolism and Non-Clinical ADME Studies". This Request for Proposal is prepared in accordance with the Uniform Contract Format prescribed for Government Wide application by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The Uniform Contract Format is both a Request for Proposal and a contract award document. The resulting contract will consist of Parts I, II, III of the Uniform Contract Format. NIDA expects to award a single, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (task order) type contract with a period of performance of five years. NIDA expects to award completion, severable or non-severable, fixed price task orders. NIDA funding will be made available through issuance of task orders and will be dependent on program needs and funding availability. The contract will contain a guaranteed minimum of $100,000 and an estimated maximum quantity of $3,500,000. The initial performance period will start on or around September 2021. You should respond with technical and cost/price proposals based on the assumptions provided in Section C and L. Please include separate cost/prices for each of the fourteen items listed in Section B, Specific Requirements, of the Statement of Work (SOW). Please see the attached RFP package for more details.
