The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Service Unit, located Kayenta Health Center, US Hwy 160 South Milepost 394.3, in Kayenta, AZ 86033, has an upcoming requirement for dental laboratory services and take reasonably and customary precautions to protect cases (models, impressions, implant components, etc.) and any equipment submitted with a case, belonging to Kayenta Alternative Rural Hospital in the usual manner that the contractor cares for cases and equipment. The period of performance is a base period of 12 months with two, 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339116 Dental Laboratories with a small business size standard of 500. The Request for Quotations No. KSUSOL2026-002 KHC Dental Laboratory Services in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 will be issued on or by November 11/28/2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need IAW Statement of Work, Professional Certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 12, 2025. The acquisition is a Small Business set-aside.
