The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Kayenta Service Unit, Emergency Department is requesting for a Contractor to provide the following e-Bridge Base Station Support Services. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) IHHC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. The Contractor shall provide the following items: GD e-Bridge CONNECT Org. License including all ALERT capabilities plus video clips & conferencing, forms, tracking for mobile/PC users, 1 year GD D-Scribe X-Database & reporting analytics – for all messages, pics, video, video conferencing, data & forms, 1 year GD e-Bridge Upgrade to UltraCARE GOLD Support or CONNECT & WorkFLOW (24/7), 1 year This combined synopsis/solicitation will be in accordance to request for quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
