The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Kayenta Service Unit, Inscription House Health Center Information Technology Department is requesting for a Contractor to provide the following specified Xerox Brand, VersaLink Model Printers and Service Agreements. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) IHHC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. The Contractor shall provide the following items: (9 EACH) Xerox VersaLink B400/DN & Service Agreement (2 Year On-Site Service) (1 EACH) Xerox VersaLink B610/DN & Service Agreement (2 Year On-Site Service (16 EACH) Xerox VersaLink B605/S & Service Agreement (2 Year On-Site Service (6 EACH) Xerox VersaLink C505/X & Service Agreement (2 Year On-Site Service (1 EACH) Xerox VersaLink C8000/DT & Service Agreement (2 Year On-Site Service (1 EACH) 2000 Tandem Tray Module – VersaLink C8000 This combined synopsis/solicitation will be in accordance to request for quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a BUY INDIAN Set-Aside, per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, only offers from a Buy Indian Small Business will be accepted.
