The acquisition was made through the GSA/Federal Supply Schedule and conducted as a sole source COVID-19 acquisition under FAR 8.405-6: Limiting Sources and in accordance with the National Institutes of Health Class Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition COVID-19 Response.
