The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) utilizes NetComm's cloud-based business enterprise suite, known as Beacon, to support employee management and finanical systems. The requirement is to retain the use of the product for NIAID. The contractor will provide commercially available SaaS and optional support for Beacon HR and Finance modules. The renewal includes 10 user licenses for Beacon Cloud FedRAMP - HR, 200 licenses for Beacon Cloud FedRAMP - Finance, and access to both the Beacon Cloud FedRAMP - HR and Finance modules. Each contract year also includes options for additional enhancements to include subject matter expert hours to be utilized for custom development; data reconciliation/analysis; and report generation.
