Buy Indian Set-Aside (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services)

This is a Sources Sought notice to identify capable Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) to provide a conference room for an Indian Health Services requirement. The Government is using the Buy Indian Act to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises, and interested vendors must submit a detailed capability statement and a completed Buy Indian Enterprise Representation Form. Responses must be submitted via email to the specified Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM CST on April 2, 2026, with a maximum submission length of five pages. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, and responses are voluntary, will not be returned, and incur no cost entitlements. No proprietary information should be included in the response.
