The Indian Health Service is conducting market research to identify Indian-owned economic enterprises (large IEE or small ISBEE) capable of providing a turnkey commercial fitness equipment solution for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Wellness Center in Crownpoint, New Mexico. The requirement includes furnishing, delivering, installing, assembling, anchoring, and testing commercial-grade cardiovascular, strength-training, functional-training, free-weight, and rack/bench equipment, plus fitness accessories, along with debris removal, user manuals, warranty documentation, and basic operation orientation for government personnel. The contractor may also be required to provide preventive maintenance services, and all equipment must meet commercial quality and safety standards with appropriate manufacturer warranties. The government will consider Buy Indian Act opportunities first, then small business set-asides under the Small Business Act, and interested parties must be registered in SAM.gov. The current statement of work allows up to one year for equipment procurement and delivery, followed by specified periods for installation, testing, and closeout.
