Pharmacy Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Installation and Integration - KSU
This is an Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside contract to procure and install a complete Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for controlled pharmacy areas at the Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, Arizona. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and technical support for hardware installation, including control panels, motion detectors, door contacts, duress alarms, cabling, and backup power. The finished system must be fully tested, operational, and scalable for future expansion. Award will be based on Best Value Trade-Off, considering price and non-price factors, with price becoming more important as technical differences between proposals narrow. The government may award to a higher-priced offeror if superior technical capability or qualifications justify the additional cost.
