The Department of Health and Human Services seeks a source to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for technology solutions to develop three ServiceNow portal modules. The modules must support integrated processes with the Smart Card Management System, the existing ServiceNow instance, SailPoint, Id.me, and Security Manager. The contractor will develop ServiceNow personnel security, contractor, and applicant modules, digitize an inter-OpDiv regional HSPD-12 scheduling workflow, and integrate SailPoint and SCMS for user principal name and email synchronization. Additional security controls and potential firewall modifications may also be required for implementation.
