Analog Telephone Services – Supai Health Station
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing commercial analog telephone services to the Supai Health Station in Supai, Arizona 86435, located within the Grand Canyon on the Havasupai Reservation. The requirement covers seven existing analog POTS lines with local exchange and PSTN connectivity, incoming/outgoing calling, compatibility with existing equipment, maintenance, customer support, and uninterrupted continuity of the listed telephone numbers. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period plus four one-year options. Service is expected to be provided through existing infrastructure and commercial arrangements, not new construction.
