The requirement covers seven existing analog POTS lines with local exchange and PSTN connectivity, incoming/outgoing calling, compatibility with existing equipment, maintenance, customer support, and uninterrupted continuity of the listed telephone numbers. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period plus four one-year options.
