This is an Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside for the provision of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) respiratory protection equipment and hazardous material response supplies. Performance will occur at the Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, Arizona. The government will award on a best value trade-off basis, weighing technical capability and demonstrated experience as the most significant factor, followed by price and delivery schedule. The government may select a higher-priced offeror if superior technical qualifications justify the additional cost. Offerors must strictly follow the submission instructions and provide all required documentation to remain eligible for evaluation and award.
