HHS/ASFR/OMAS, on behalf of IHS, is seeking an Optimized Storage and Replenishment Solution for medical-supply storage and replenishment at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico. The requirement is for a brand-name-or-equal solution to the BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System. This is a total small business set-aside, and the Government intends to issue one firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services. The complete requirement, quotation instructions, evaluation criteria, pricing schedule, Performance Work Statement, and applicable wage determination are included in the attached RFQ and attachments, with quotations submitted electronically in accordance with the RFQ.
