The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation needed for recurring fire sprinkler inspections, testing, required documentation, and emergency response services. Work will be performed at the locations identified in the statement of work and must comply with applicable NFPA, TJC, manufacturer, and other codes and standards. Only work authorized by the government will be performed, at intervals specified in the SOW, work orders, and governing codes.
