Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set-Aside (specific to Department of Interior and Indian Health Services)

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to determine the availability of small businesses capable of providing clearinghouse services for medical claims processing. The work requires a secure, internet-based data exchange software solution to handle eligibility verification, insurance searches, and claims submission and validation for Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial payers. The services will be performed for the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The anticipated period of performance is a base year from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with four option years extending through March 2031. The contract will be a firm fixed-price type, and billing will be at a fixed rate for all services.
