Required services include monthly extermination, prevention, inspection, and emergency response for a list of pests, using EPA-approved chemicals and integrated pest management strategies. The contractor must have staff with Commercial Pesticide Applicator certifications and comply with all healthcare facility safety and environmental regulations. Invoices must be submitted monthly through the federal Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
