The department is required to follow food safety protocols and regulatory standards for food preparation. 2.1 OBJECTIVE The primary objective of this acquisition is the procurement of essential kitchen equipment critical to daily foodservice operations, patient meal prep, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
