This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561320, Temporary Help Services 1.0 BACKGROUND The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (PRIHS) is in need of six (6) adult Board eligible or Board-certified NP/PA-C services for the Out-Patient department. The Out-Patient Department is experiencing an insufficient amount of permanent government employees therefore, contract support is essential. 2.1 OBJECTIVE The primary objective of this project is to secure direct patient care services of six (6) adult Board eligible or Board-certified NP or PA-C for 5 weekdays working 8-10 hour shifts each day and 1 Sunday or Holiday working 5-hour shift over the course of the contract. Please see Performance Work Statement for additional performance requirements. 2.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (IF APPLICABLE) The Contractor will be required to provide up to six (6) adult ) adult Board eligible or Board-certified NP or PA-C to the Pine Ridge Hospital. 3.0 TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. 4.0 ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: 12/1/2025 through 03/11/2028. This is a six (6) week base plus 19 six (6) week option periods. A general overview of the respondent’s opinions about the difficulty and/or feasibility of the potential requirement, and any information regarding innovative ideas or concepts. 2. The capability statement shall not exceed 10 single-sided pages (including all attachments, resumes, charts, etc.) presented in single-space and using a 12-point font size minimum, in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), with 8-1/2 by 11 inch paper size, and 1 inch top, bottom, left and right margins. 7. All proprietary information should be marked as such. Statements should also include an indication of current certified small business status; this indication should be clearly marked on the first page of your capability statement (preferably placed under the eligible small business concern’s name and address).
