The Ak-Chin Community Health Clinic does not have the capabilities or the facilities for the proper handling and disposal of bio-hazardous, chemotherapeutic wastes, and non-hazardous medication incineration boxes. Regulated medical waste may include but is not limited to isolation waste, cultures and stocks of infectious agents associated biological human blood and blood products, pathological waste, contaminated sharps, miscellaneous laboratory waste, discarded dressings, and contaminated linen or disposable linen substitutes.
