Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit in Chinle, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL INC and RED HERITAGE MEDICAL LLC for Laboratory Microbiology Supplies, to be ordered on an “as needed basis”. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with Base Option: 10/01/2025 to 9/30/2026 1st Year Option: 10/01/2026 to 9/30/2027 2nd Year Option: 10/01/2027 to 9/30/2028 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than . Sources-Sought Notice The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Laboratory Microbiology Supplies for Laboratory Testing to include various supplies such as media plates, slants, and QC supplies, all to be ordered on an ‘as needed basis’ at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, Arizona.
