Purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT is to provide food and other items for the Rosebud Hospital via Blanket Purchase Agreement. The period of performance will be for one (1) year from the Date of Award with four (4), one (1) year option periods. Supplies listed in the Statement of Work will be needed on a daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly basis to be delivered to the dietary department for food services to the facility. Items are to be delivered once a week by approved truck and must be USDA compliance with all standards and will meet all food regulations. All prices must be an all-inclusive price.
