The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, U.S. Hwy 491 North, Shiprock NM, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for a Non-Personal Service Contract for four (4) Operating Room Registered Nurses. The Period of Performance is six months with an option to extend an additional six months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1508239_4 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by March 31, 2025. Evaluation factors may include the quoter’s technical approach to meet or exceed the government’s requirement as described in the Statement of Work, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail. Quotes will be due on or by April 10, 2025. The acquisition is a Total Indian-own, Small Business, Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
