All technicians performing tests, inspections, and repairs shall meet the qualification requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) asbestos standard and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). Inspectors, supervisors, and workers shall be certified by an EPA AHERA accredited program.
