The purpose of this contract is to provide Respiratory Equipment and Supplies for patients of the Rosebud Comprehensive Health Care Facility who do not have alternate sources (ie., health care coverage) and are in need of Respiratory care items that will improve their quality of life. These services meet the mission of the Rosebud Comprehensive Health Care Facility which aims to raise Native American peoples’ health status to the highest possible level. The IHS provides a comprehensive health service delivery system for American Indians and Alaska Natives. The hospital is the primary source of health care for the Rosebud Sioux (Sicangu Oyate) tribal members, in and around the Rosebud Sioux reservation.
