The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1505515 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 11, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 339112 – Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
