No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The intended contract period will be date of award plus sixty (60) days. Purpose and Objectives: The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) Hospital requires disposable SPO2 sensors for patient care. This product is a small clip like device which can be attached to the fingers, toes, earlobes of patients. Disposable SPO2 sensors are needed for hygiene and infection control. The primary purpose of this contract is to provide disposable SPO2 sensors. 6515 The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to identify potential offerors capable of Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm’s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the services listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size, Socioeconomic Category (HUBZONE, 8a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, IEE Small Business, UEI number, and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All offerors must be registered in the (www.sam.gov), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future awards. Any offeror capable of providing this service shall notify the Purchasing Agent by e-mail by February 17th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. MST.
