The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00135 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 8, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.
