The Site Assessment shall consist of an Environmental Assessment, Floodplain Assessment, Archeological/Cultural Resources Survey, Geotechnical Survey, Legal Survey, Biological Survey, Traffic Impact Analysis, Dry Barrel Fire Hydrant Test and Inspection, and Will Serve letters from the utility companies.
