This RFQ contains TWO (2) Line Item, for BOILERS REPAIRS AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE as follows: CLIN DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT Unit Price TOTAL 0001 The contractor shall provide repairs and two year preventative maintenance to 2 AERCO innovative boilers per attached Statement of Work. 1 ea 0002 The contractor shall provide two year preventative maintenance on 3 AERCO Benchmark 2000 boilers per attached Statement of Work. 1 ea PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 DAYS FROM NTP Vendor Requirements: See attached Statement of Work.
