BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center (PHC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver air and vacuum compressor in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) CCHCF has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. As used in this clause – Payment request means a bill, voucher, invoice, or request for contract financing payment with associated supporting documentation.
