This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. **THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and only offers form Buy Indian small businesses will be accepted.** BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center (THC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Helmer Scientific Laboratory Refrigerator and in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) THC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions.
