BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center (THC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to provide Abbott Freestyle Reader and Sensor kits, in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) THC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions.
