BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center (THC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Vinyl Plank Flooring in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) THC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Tsaile Health Center Navajo Route 64 & 12 Tsaile, AZ 86556 FOB: Destination; ARO 45 days. EVALUATION CRITERIA: This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
