Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated Period of Performance is from 05/06/2024 to 05/05/2025. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services with a small business size standard of $30M. This solicitation is using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
