The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, technical expertise, tools, transportation, material, parts, licenses, permits, tribal permit, certifications, equipment and management necessary to provide installation of tint at visible light transmission (VLT) of 35% on 66 rectangular glass windows and 6 glass doors. The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
