Any personnel submitted by multiple offerers will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.** The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for Base Period for six (6) months with one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.
